We offer attractive prices and good availability for a pleasant vacation
in a privileged location of Fiè allo Sciliar

Free Wi-Fi Internet access in each apartment.
The price for every further person is 15-35 €.
Dog or cat 15 - 20 € per day (only on request).
The prices are for a minimum stay of 7 days. In case of shorter stays we calculate an extra charge.
A covered car park is at your disposal.
The Tourist tax will be of €2,50 per person and per day. Except children up to 14 years.
Our guests will get the "Alpe di Siusi Holiday Area Live Client Card" for free on our farm.

The Card facilitates holidaymakers’ exploration of the Alpe di Siusi holiday area as well as the wider region of South Tyrol, providing a single-ticket access to all types of public transport, such as train and bus.

The following services are included:
• regional and local trains from Brennero as far as Trento and from Malles to San Candido
• bus services throughout the province (town, suburban and city buses)
• the Renon, Maranza, San Genesio, Meltina and Verano cable cars
• the narrow track Renon railway and the Mendola cable railway
• a return trip between Malles and Zernez on a Swiss Postbus service

The Card is valid for the whole stay.

Cancellation rules:
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code is not contemplated (Notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 Consumers' Code) - however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
• Cancellation is free up to more then 3 months prior to agreed arrival date. (The deposit will be withheld).
• For cancellations up to 3 months prior agreed arrival date are charged 50% of the agreed booking rate.
• For cancellations up to 1 month prior agreed arrival date are charged 100% percent of the agreed booking rate.
